Ingredients:
8 oz. package of small tortillas
can of cream of mushroom soup
small can of sliced olives
can of cream of chicken soup
1 lb. boneless and skinless chicken breast, cooked and cut into bite- size pieces
8 oz package shredded jack cheese
1 cup sour cream
small can of sliced mushrooms
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix pieces of chicken, both soups, olives, and sour cream together. Put a layer of tortillas in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Spread half of the chicken mixture over the tortillas, sprinkle half the cheese over the chicken. Then another layer of tortillas, chicken, and cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
