Eggs Goldenrod ( Brenda Lisa’s recipe)

4 toast
4 hard boiled eggs – dice whites, smash yellows

cream sauce:
1-2 tbsp butter
1 ½ tbsp flour
1 c milk – gradually add

After cream sauce thickens, mix in egg whites.
Put sauce and egg yolks on toast and eat.
