Spicy Cajun Shrimp Brittany Hyatt's recipe


¼-1 tsp chili powder (I usually do ½)
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
½ tsp thyme
1 tsp basil
½ tsp oregano
1/3 c. butter
1 TBSP crushed garlic (I’ve used garlic powder too)
1 tsp soy sauce
1 large diced tomato
1 lb shrimp (less works fine too)
1 TBSP sour cream
1 TBSP flour

Combine seasonings in bowl.  Thaw shrimp.  Melt butter in pan with soy sauce and garlic.  When melted, add seasonings.  Add tomato.  Add shrimp.  Cook until pink.  Add flour and sour cream.  Serve over rice.
