Oreo pie crust

Chocolate mint ice cream

Heath toffee bits (or crushed Heath bars)

Let ice cream soften (but not melt).  Spoon soft ice cream into Oreo pie crust until full.  Smooth top.  Put back into freezer to harden.  Just before serving, sprinkle Heath toffee bits (or crushed Heath bars) on top.
