Brunch for a Bunch ( Julie’s recipe )

1 lb. sausage
3 c. frozen cubed hash browns (thawed)
½ tspn. salt & ½ tspn. pepper
3 c. shredded cheese
½ c. chopped green peppers
12 eggs beaten
2 c. milk

Cook and drain sausage.  Place hash browns on greased 9 x 13 pan and sprinkle with salt.  Layer sausage, cheese, and green peppers.  Combine eggs and milk and pour over.  Bake at 350 for 50 min.  Let stand 10 min.
