1 6 oz. pkg. apricot jello
2/3 c. boiling water
2 small jars apricot baby food
1 20 oz. can pineapple, undrained
1 can Eagle brand milk
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 ½ c. nuts, chopped (optional)
Combine jello and water. Add baby food and pineapple and let cool. In separate bowl mix Eagle brand milk, cream cheese, and nuts. Beat until smooth and add to main mixture. Pour into an 8 x 12 pan and chill until firm.
