Easy, not so greasy Breadsticks (Brittany Hyatt)

1 T. yeast
1 ½ c. warm water
2 T. sugar
½ t. salt
3 c. flour
Garlic salt
Parmesan cheese

Combine first four ingredients.  Mix in 3 c. flour.  Knead for 3 min (I usually knead it in the bowl). Let stand in bowl at least 10 min to rise.  Spray 2 cookie sheets with cooking spray.  With greased fingers, grab bigger-than-golfball-size pieces of dough and shape into a breadstick.  Lay on cookie sheet.  Let rise 10 min.  Bake 10-15 min at 375.
