Granola Bars (Low-fat) (Brenda Lisa’s recipe)

4 ½ c. rolled oats
1 c wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
c. applesauce
c. butter
c. brown sugar
½ c. honey
1 cup chocolate chips (or 1 c. craisins)

Preheat oven to 325°
Lightly grease one 9” X 13” pan
Mix in bowl: oats, flour, baking soda, vanilla, butter, honey, and brown sugar. 
Stir in chocolate chips (or craisins).
Cook 18-20 minutes
Cool 10 minutes
