1/3 to ½ cup powdered sugar
1 ¼ cup flour
¾ cup cornstarch
1 cup butter, soften
Mix all ingredients together. Roll into 1” logs. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight. Cut into 1” pieces and bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 12-15 minutes or until set. You may tint the dough or frosting with any color you wish.
Frosting:
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
½ t vanilla
Beat together until fluffy. Place frosting in a decorator tube fitted with a star tip. Frost the top of each cookie with a swirl of frosting.
