Monkey Bread Brittany Hyatt's recipe

Monkey Bread – A fun, delicious, sweet roll breakfast you can prepare the night before.  I even had it in place of my birthday cake one year.

18-24 Rhoades Rolls (or other frozen rolls)
Chopped walnuts
1 c. mini marshmallows
1 cube butter
1 ½ tsp cinnamon
¾ c. brown sugar

Grease bundt pan.  Put chopped nuts in the bottom.  Place 18-24 frozen rolls on the nuts.  Add 1 c. miniature marshmallows (spread them evenly over the rolls).
In a saucepan, combine 1 cube butter, 1 ½ tsp. cinnamon, ¾ c. brown sugar.  Bring to boil and pour over the rolls in the bundt pan.
Place in the refrigerator overnight.  Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.  After removing from the oven, turn bundt pan over onto a plate and serve.
