Super Bowl Chili (Tami’s recipe )

10 slices of premium bacon
10 oz. lean ground turkey
10 oz. italian sausage
1 large spanish onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 can beef broth
½ cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
1½ tsp. chili powder
½ tsp. salt
1½ tsp. pepper
48 oz. italian tomatoes, pureed/finely diced
1-15 oz. can black beans
1-15 oz. can garbanzo beans
1-15 oz. can kidney beans

1.    Brown bacon in big pot.  Lay on paper towels to cool.  Break up into fourths.
2.   Brown sausage, strain, and add to bacon.
3.   Cook veggies in same pot 2-3 minutes.
4.   Add broth and Worcestershire. Simmer 10 minutes uncovered.
5.   Stir in spices, simmer 10 minutes.
6.   Add tomatoes and meat.  Heat to boiling, reduce to simmer and cook 25 minutes.  Stir occasionally.
7.   Stir in beans.  Heat to boiling again, simmer 20 minutes.
