1 lb. or 2 c. chicken cut in bite-sized pieces
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. purple seedless grapes
1 c. pineapple chunks, drained
¼-1/2 c. almonds, slivered or sliced
Dressing:
½ c. mayonnaise
¼ c. sour cream
Mix together and serve on lettuce leaf. Can make day ahead and refrigerate. Makes 6 one-cup servings.
