Stew Julienne (Shauna’s recipe)

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion chopped
1 bag baby carrots (or 4 carrots, sliced)
3 medium potatoes, diced
4 stalks celery, cut up
2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
2 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can corn, drained
1 can green beans, drained

Browns ground beef and onion.  Add carrots, potatoes, celery, salt, pepper.  Add water.  Cook 20 minutes, covered.  Pour soup, corn, and beans over vegetables.  Stir gently.  Cook about 10 minutes more.
